When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out weekly every Tuesday(except public holidays) after the order has been placed.

Will my order be relayed to the Hanteo Chart?

Yes, your purchases will be reflected to the Hanteo Chart.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

No, you will not be able to edit your delivery address after you have placed your order. 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and recommend submitting any address change requests directly with the shipping courier.

Can I exchange my album for slight scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case?

No. Please note that the external packaging (album's outer box) is just for the protection of the goods inside the album; scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case cannot be the reason for an exchange or return.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction.

Can I place a group order?

The minimum number of albums for a group order is 30.
