When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out weekly every Tuesday(except public holidays) after the product arrival date on June 23, 2023 KST.

*For deliveries to Taiwan, if you place your order by June 25, 2023 11:59 PM KST, you can expect to receive it by July 7, 2023.

**Please note that for K-Packet delivery, there is a possibility of additional delays in the delivery date.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

No, you will not be able to edit your delivery address after you have placed your order. 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and recommend submitting any address change requests directly with the shipping courier.

Can I exchange my album for slight scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case?

No. Please note that the external packaging (product’s outer box) is just for the protection of the goods inside the album; scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case cannot be the reason for an exchange or return.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 8products per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction.
