What are the available ticket options?

- Indigo Time (one concert pass)

- LIVE ticket only

- Indigo Time + MD

- LIVE ticket + MD (1 Special Ticket, 1 Mini-Poster)

*MD stands for merchandise!

**Indigo Time + MD orders are expected to be shipped out starting from the last week of October (please be advised that this is a tentative date and is subject to change based on external factors).

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 90 minutes. 

(Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions or other external factors).

Can anyone participate and is there an age restriction? 

Yes! There is no age restriction for this event, and fans of all ages are welcome.  

Will redeem codes be sent out for this concert/event?

Redeem codes will not be sent out for this event; please reach out to the ticketing platform you have purchased your ticket from for more information. 

When will my order be shipped out?

Orders are expected to be shipped out starting from the last week of October. Your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page once your order has been shipped.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on
October 2, 2021 at 7:00 PM KST.

Are duties and taxes included in the product (MD) price?

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the product (MD) price.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed. Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

It is restricted to 1 ticket per transaction.
If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.

**However, please note that all tickets are non-transferable and in the case that multiple ‘LIVE’ tickets are purchased, only one device will be able to stream the event.

Is there a limit to the number of ticket tiers (options) I can buy?

No, you may purchase as many ticket tiers (options) as you like!

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets distributed for this event, nor will a direct link containing the event's streaming link be emailed out to purchasers.

You will only receive an order confirmation email, and this can be used to confirm your purchase.

How do I start streaming?

Log in to your MyMusicTaste account and visit our 'LIVE' page on MyMusicTaste.com.
