When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out approximately 7 business days after June 12, 2022 KST (sales closing date).

Why can’t I track my order?

As we reflect your purchase on the Hanteo Chart, it may take 2-7 business days to see updates to your tracking information.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on June 12, 2022 at 11:59 PM KST.

*The external packaging (album's outer box) is just for the protection of the goods inside the album; scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case cannot be the reason for an exchange or return.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction. Each album you purchase will count as one entry into the lucky draw.

Can I place a group order?

The minimum number of albums for a group order is 30 and group orders will not count as participation toward the fansign event.
Please refer to the related Help Center article and contact us here to place a group order.

The last day to place your final group order is by June 9, 2022 at 5:00 PM KST.

- The winners will be announced on June 13, 2022 at 3:00 PM KST via an individually sent email.
- The winner's ID card must match the information submitted via the 'Fansign Participant Information' section. Please ensure it is correct because you can only edit this section on our site before the sales end date.

Where could I attend the event?

You will be able to attend the event in 3 cities(NYC / CHICAGO / LA) once selected as one of the lucky winners to the event. We will further inform you via an individually sent email before the day of the event.

Should I bring my own CD?

Yes, please bring one (1) album of your choice from the Dreamcatcher [Apocalypse : Save us] NORMAL EDITION (A, V, or E version) to get it signed by DREAMCATCHER.

What are the COVID-19 protocols to enter the event?

Wearing masks will be mandatory and please refer to the event ‘DETAIL’ page’s Precautions - ‘COVID-19 Related Regulations’ section for details.

Are there any specific event rules and regulations?

Please refer to the notice on the project’s ‘DETAIL’ page for further information regarding any precautions, policies, and regulations regarding the event.

What is the age restriction for this event?

Yes, attendees must be 12 or older to enter the venue. Attendees between the ages of 12 to 17 years will only be allowed to attend this event with a parent consent form, which needs to (1) be written by your parent, (2) indicate your parent's consent for you to attend the fansign event, and (3) be signed by your parent.

**If you are accompanied by a parent, please note that the parent is not allowed inside the venue.

Will there be a translator?

No, but please note that on-site instructions will be given in English.  

What happens if I can’t attend the event?

Please be informed that there will be no additional benefits or compensation for winners who cannot attend this event.
