When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out approximately 7~10 business days after July 12, 2023 KST (album release date).

Why can’t I track my order?

As we reflect your purchase on the Hanteo Chart, it may take 2-7 business days to see updates to your tracking information.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on July 4, 2023 at 11:59 PM KST.

Can I exchange my album for slight scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case?

No. Please note that the external packaging (album's outer box) is just for the protection of the goods inside the album; scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case cannot be the reason for an exchange or return.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction. Each album you purchase will count as one entry into the lucky draw.

Can I place a group order?

The minimum number of albums for a group order is 30 and group orders will not count as participation toward the event.
Please refer to the related Help Center article and contact us via the detail page’s banner to place a group order.

The last day to place your final group order is by July 3, 2023 at 5:00 PM KST.

Where can I participate in the event?

Information on the date and place of the event can be found through e-mails sent individually to the winners later.

What kind of ID do I need?

You need to bring your ID card to participate in the event. Your ID card must include your name, photo, and date of birth. Examples include your resident registration card, driver's license, passport, or student ID. Identification must be presented in person and copies will not be allowed.

*If you present an invalid form of ID (such as a credit card) that was not mentioned above, or if the information is inconsistent, your entry may be restricted, and MyMusicTaste will not be responsible for any damages.
