Is there an age restriction for this concert?

• WARSAW

  • There is NO minimum age for entry.

  • Minors aged 16 to 18 can enter alone and DO NOT need to be accompanied, but MUST fill out the required statement. If accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, no required statement is needed.

  • Minors under 16 NEED to be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult DOES NOT need to be a parent or legal guardian. However, if the accompanying adult is not a legal guardian, both the legal guardian and the appointed adult MUST fill out the  required statement together.

• FRANKFURT

  • The minimum age for entry is 6.

  • Minors aged 6 to 16 NEED to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If accompanied by a legal guardian, paperwork is REQUIRED.

  • Minors aged 16 and older can enter alone without restrictions, provided that the show concludes before midnight.

  • Age restrictions apply to all tiers.

  • Accompanying adults NEED to purchase tickets to the HWASA LIVE TOUR [Twits] IN FRANKFURT.

• PARIS

  • Children under 2 are strictly prohibited from entering the venue, even if accompanied, due to safety concerns related to sound volume.

  • Minors under 13 must be accompanied by an adult of legal age or provide parental authorization. The venue reserves the right to deny entry to unaccompanied minors under 13 without parental authorization.

  • All attendees must hold a valid ticket or invitation.

  • Age restrictions apply to all tiers.

  • Accompanying adults NEED to purchase tickets to the HWASA LIVE TOUR [Twits] IN PARIS.

• BERLIN

  • The minimum age for entry is 6.

  • Minors aged 6 to 16 NEED to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If accompanied by a legal guardian, paperwork is REQUIRED.

  • The accompanying adult DOES NOT need to be a parent or legal guardian.

  • Paperwork is NOT required for accompaniment.

  • Minors aged 14 and older can enter alone, but it is not advised.

  • Age and section restrictions apply to all tiers.

  • Accompanying adults NEED to purchase tickets to the HWASA LIVE TOUR [Twits] IN LONDON.

• AMSTERDAM

  • There is NO minimum age for entry.

  • Minors under 16 are strongly advised to be accompanied by an adult (18+ years old). The accompanying adult DOES NOT need to be a parent or legal guardian.

  • Minors aged 16 and older can enter alone without restrictions.

  • All attendees MUST be able to present a valid ID upon request.

  • Age restrictions apply to all tiers.

  • Accompanying adults NEED to purchase tickets to the HWASA LIVE TOUR [Twits] IN AMSTERDAM.

What are your policies for disabled attendees?
Accessible entry policies may differ by venue. Please reach out to the ticket vendor or venue directly for more clarification. Accessible tickets are reserved solely for fans with disabilities.

 

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed unless the event gets canceled. Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

When and where is the event happening?

The HWASA LIVE TOUR [Twits] in Europe will be held at 7:30 PM local time(may vary by city, so please double-check).

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 100 minutes.

Will fan gifts and/or food support be accepted?

Please note that all kinds of gifts and food support are prohibited at all concerts.
