When and where is the event happening?

GOLDEN CHILD ONTACT CONCERT – NOW will start on September 13, 2020 @ 15:00 PM KST. It will be held on the official MyMusicTaste website. 

- September 13, 14:00 MYT

- September 13, 01:00 CDT 

- September 13, 02:00 EDT 

- September 13, 23:00 PDT

How long is the show?

The show will go on for a minimum of 120 mins. 

(Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions and/or other external factors).

Can anyone view it?

No. Please be advised that only fans residing outside of South Korea will be able to purchase the tickets and view the

GOLDEN CHILD ONTACT CONCERT – NOW via MyMusicTaste.

Fans located in South Korea must purchase the tickets and view the concert through Seezn

Is there an age restriction? 

There is no age restriction for this event. Fans of all ages are welcome. 

TICKETING 

I’m so excited! When can I buy the tickets?

Tickets can be purchased here. Ticket sales will be open/available up until after 30 minutes of the start of the online concert. 

Please be advised that only fans residing outside of South Korea will be able to purchase the tickets and view the GOLDEN CHILD ONTACT CONCERT via MyMusicTaste.

Fans located in South Korea must purchase the tickets and view the concert through Seezn

What are the available ticket options?

There are 2 types of ticket tiers you can choose from. The tiers (types of tickets) have been listed down below:

- LIVE ONLY

- LIVE + VOD

*All pricing is in USD.

*All sales are final. No refunds will be made.

Will there be any MyMusicTaste TasteMaker benefits?

There will be no Tastemaker benefits for this online concert.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made directly on our website via credit/debit card (Mastercard/VISA/American Express) or through Paypal. 

Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).

Do I need to register on PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during the checkout process if you do not already have an account.

Do the prices include taxes, ticketing fees and shipping fees?

No, you have to pay the necessary fees upon checkout. Please note that all prices listed before checkout do NOT include taxes and/or ticketing/service/shipping fees

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy?

Yes, you can purchase only one ticket regardless of the tiers under the same MyMusicTaste account. 

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets mailed to you for the live streaming concerts/shows. Instead, you should receive an ‘order confirmation’ email verifying your purchase for the ticket.

(this will be sent to the email address used to register your MyMusicTaste account)

If I have a question about my ticket. Who do I contact?

Can I change the tiers after finalizing the order?

No, you cannot modify the tiers after the transaction has been finalized.

How do I check my order status?

You will receive an order summary email upon completing your order successfully. You can also check your order(s) under ‘Purchases’ after logging into your MyMusicTaste account.

Please keep in mind that you will receive an email and SMS for your order regardless of the notifications settings on your MyMusicTaste account.

My payment did not go through. What should I do?

Please check if your card is eligible for foreign transactions and has a sufficient amount after taxes and shipping fees are applied. Please also make sure all details (name, address, etc.) have been listed accordingly as the payment may fail if this information is not listed correctly. 

If the payment still doesn’t go through, please check with your bank.

How do I start online concert?

Head to our 'Live' page on MyMusicTaste.com and select the GOLDEN CHILD ONTACT CONCERT – NOW linked here, to get started! 

Can I record the online streaming show/concert?

Live streaming/filming/recording the event with any device is prohibited.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, and selling of content without consent of the copyright owner is an act of copyright infringement. 

Any illegally uploaded/recorded content will be reported to that social media platform directly and taken down. Legal action will be taken if needed. 

The countdown clock has disappeared, does this mean the online concert isn’t happening?

Nope not at all! This just means that we are preparing for the show/concert and it will begin shortly. 

Can I watch the online concert on my mobile device or any other device?

Yes, but please be advised that watching it on any device other than a desktop/laptop may alter the visual interface and other options/functions that are available (such as the live chat feature).

What is a VOD?

VOD (Video On Demand) is a replay service that allows users to access videos without a traditional video playback device and the constraints of a typical static broadcasting schedule.

Please be advised that the VOD will be released after the Korea Media Rating Board reviews the contents; this may take some time and you will be notified before the VOD is released.

Will the VOD be available to watch forever? Infinitely?

The VOD will only be available to view for 60 days after the release date. It will be available to view until December 21, 2020 @ 11:00 PM KST.

The VOD availability period is:

OPEN: October 22, 2020 @ 11:00 PM KST

CLOSE: December 21, 2020 @ 11:00 PM KST

Is the VOD ticket still available to purchase? 

Yes! You can purchase it here or you can head over to our ‘Live’ page on our website, select ‘GOLDEN CHILD ONTACT CONCERT - NOW,’ and click “BUY VOD NOW” to make your VOD ticket purchase!

What should I do if I'm on the online concert page, but it says the following message:

"Oops try again or contact us here"

Please do not abuse the refresh button by continuously pressing the refresh symbol on the page. If this message/error is showing on your page, please wait a couple of minutes to refresh the page ONCE. Even after you have done this and the live streaming still is not showing, please reach out to us here for additional assistance.

Please make sure you are logged into the MyMusicTaste account you have purchased the live streaming show ticket with. You must be logged into your account in order to view the concert.

If you happen to see any content online that has been illegally posted without the consent of the artists’ management nor MyMusicTaste, please fill out this Google Form so that we may take appropriate action to have these videos removed/taken down.

- If you are logged into multiple devices with one MyMusicTaste account at the same time, you will be kicked out of the previous device/tab. We recommend watching the live show/concert on one device only. 

- For a smooth viewing experience, please access the Internet from an environment with a speed of 20Mbps or faster. If a shared network is used, there may be a slight delay even if the speed is 20 Mbps or more. 

- 3G/LTE may increase data usage; please be advised that using 3G/LTE may lead to unstable, weak signals and/or cause the live streaming program to disconnect during the middle of the event and disrupt the overall streaming experience. MyMusicTaste will not be liable for the factors listed above.

- External factors and/or technical difficulties may affect or disrupt the video/voice quality; please be advised of this before purchasing the ticket to this event.
