When will the sales close?

The signed CD pre-order will close on March 14 at 17:00 KST.

Where will it be shipped?

There will be no shipping, you have to come to the venue to collect your signed CD

• Dallas: Granada Theater | Sunday, March 17, from 3PM to 5PM
• Chicago: Vic Theatre | Wednesday, March 20, from 3PM to 5PM
• Atlanta: Center Stage Theater | Friday, March 22, from 3PM to 5PM
• New York: Warsaw | Sunday, March 24, from 3PM to 5PM

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept payment through credit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register to Paypal before placing an order?

No, you can create a Paypal account during checkout if you do not have an account already.  

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

Only one item can be purchased per order. If you wish to purchase more than one item you can do so by a separate transaction. 

My payment did not go through. What should I do?

Will I get an email from MyMusicTaste? 

You will receive a payment receipt and a confirmation email within two days of your purchase. 

What is included in the package?

The signed Album package includes 1 special photo booklet (104 pages), 1 disc sticker, 1 folding poster, 1 post calendar card, 3 Photocards (2EA + random)

* The outer case is just for protecting goods (scratches and discoloration on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging or returning).

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds.

Can someone pick up a disc on my behalf in case I cannot come?

No, the buyer should come to pick up its signed CD

If a parent/ or a friend purchases the disc for me, under whose name should it go?

When filling the full name, please fill the name of the person who will come to pick the CD on the pickup day.

Can I still get the signed CD on the day of the concert?

If not sold out, you will be able to get the signed CD onsite at 70$
