**Please note that all tickets are non-transferable and in the case that multiple ‘LIVE’ tickets are purchased, only one device will be able to stream the event.

*MD is expected to be shipped out approximately starting from the second week of November.

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 100 minutes. 

*Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions or other external factors.

Will subtitles be available for this event?

Yes! English subtitles will be available.

Can anyone view it?

Yes! There is no age restriction for this event, and fans of all ages are welcome.

What is the VOD and when will it be available? 

The VOD is a replay service that will be viewable after the Korea Media Rating Board has reviewed its contents. Therefore, it will be available in approximately one to two months after the event has ended.

Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on the review and the VOD may not include all performances due to copyright issues. 

How long will the VOD be available?

The VOD will be available to view for 60 days after it has been uploaded on MyMusicTaste’s website. 

When will my order be shipped out?

Orders are expected to be shipped starting from the second week of November, and your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page once your order has been shipped.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on October 9, 2021 at 12:00 PM KST.

Are duties and taxes included in the product (MD) price?

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the product (MD) price.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.
Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

Please note that there is a different restriction per ticket tier:

• LIVE ONLY / VOD ONLY / LIVE + VOD tickets are restricted to 1 ticket per transaction

• Tickets including the SPECIAL SIGNED CD SET are restricted to 10 tickets per transaction

• Tickets including the MD BUNDLE are restricted to 20 tickets per transaction, except for the LIVE + VOD + MD BUNDLE + SPECIAL SIGNED CD SET tier

If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.

**However, please note that all tickets are non-transferable and in the case that multiple ‘LIVE’ tickets are purchased, only one device will be able to stream the event.

Is there a limit to the number of ticket tiers (options) I can buy?

No, you may purchase as many ticket tiers (options) as you like!

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets distributed for this event, nor will a direct link containing the event's streaming link be emailed out to purchasers.

You will only receive an order confirmation email, and this can be used to confirm your purchase.

How do I start streaming?

Log in to your MyMusicTaste account and visit our 'LIVE' page on MyMusicTaste.com. 

Then, select the ‘MCND 2021 ON:LIVE [ GEM SPACE ]’ option during the event time! 

Can I report Illegally Downloaded/Streamed/Copied Contents?

If you happen to see any content online that has been illegally posted without the consent of the artists’ management or MyMusicTaste, please fill out this Google Form so that we can take appropriate action.
