When will sales close?

Sales will close on March 18, 00:00 KST.

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register to PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not have an account already.

How many event packages can I purchase? Is there a limit?

It is restricted to one event package per transaction. If you wish to purchase another event package, please make another transaction.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under “Buyer Information” section at the checkout. Make sure to enter the full name on the valid government issued ID, which will be checked upon entry. Name of event attendee cannot be changed after purchasing as sales are non-transferrable.

For the signing event - what if I want to get more than 1 item signed? Can I purchase more than one signing event package of the same city?

Unfortunately, no. However, you can purchase more than one signing event package through different transactions if you are purchasing for somebody else. In this case, you must enter the actual event attendee’s information under “Buyer Information” section at the checkout. Make sure to enter the full name on the valid government issued ID, which will be checked upon entry. Name of event attendee cannot be changed after purchasing as sales are non-transferrable.

Will I get a confirmation email from MyMusicTaste?

You will receive a payment receipt via email. You will also receive an e-ticket from us within 5 business day of your purchase. Please print the email and bring a valid government issued ID.

Is there a minimum of participants to participate in the event?

5 participants is the minimum number of participants in the event.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds unless the event gets canceled. 

Can I transfer my package to others?

Only the original purchaser can participate in the event. Package cannot be transferred to others. ID will be checked upon entry.

Is this an 1:1 event?

No, this event will be with DREAMCATCHER and other lucky fans.

Is a ticket to the concert included in the package?

The entry ticket to the concert is not included in The End of Nightmare event. You will have to purchase a separate entry ticket to enjoy the concert!

Do you need to purchase a ticket to the concert to purchase The End of Nightmare event?

No. However, we highly recommend attending DREAMCATCHER CONCERT : Invitation from Nightmare City in Southeast Asia to enjoy this experience even more!

When & where is this event happening?

Signing Event:

- Jakarta: The event starts at 19:30 local time on March 20 at the Aloft Jakarta Wahid Hasyim. Please meet MMT representative at the hotel lobby by 18:30 local time.

- Singapore: The event starts at 11:00 local time on March 22 at the M HOTEL Singapore. Please meet MMT representative at the hotel lobby by 10:00 local time.

- Manila: The event starts at 11:00 local time on March 24 at the Novotel Manila Araneta Center. Please meet MMT representative at the hotel lobby by 10:00 local time.

Soundcheck Experience:

- Manila: Please meet the MMT representative at the main entrance of SM North Edsa Skydome venue hall by 16:30 local time.

What is the entry method?

Entry will be based on the entry number found on your ticket.

How long will the signing event last?

The signing event will last about 1 hour and a half. However, it is subject to change depending on the tour schedule.

How long will the soundcheck experience last?

The soundcheck experience will last about 20 minutes (2 songs). However, it is subject to change depending on the tour schedule.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

Unfortunately, recording will not be allowed. Let your phone rest and enjoy the time with DREAMCATCHER!

I want to give gifts to DREAMCATCHER. Can I?

Unfortunately, the artist is not accepting fan gifts for this event.

Am I allowed to have questions on post-its for the artists to answer during this event?

Unfortunately no, questions on post-its are strictly not allowed.
