How many voting points will I get for " Vote for ATEEZ's next song"?

You can earn additional 5 votes if your pre-order ATEEZ's new album. However, this additional 5 votes for pre-ordering will only be given once during the period of vote regardless of multiple purchases.

Will my purchase be reflected on the physical albums charts?

The album you purchase will be reflected in the Gaon and Hanteo charts.

Will my CD have the official HANTEO CHART stamp?

Yes, your purchased album will have the HANTEO CHART stamp

When will sales close?

The sales will close on June 9 at 23:59 KST.

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register to MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes

Do I need to register to PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not have an account already.

Do I have to pay a shipping fee at checkout?

Yes, you will have to pay for the shipping fee

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

It is restricted to 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more than 20 albums, please make another transaction.

*One bulk order equals one transaction.

Can I change the quantity after finalizing the order?

No, you can’t modify the quantity after the transaction is finalized.

How do I check my order status?

You will receive an order summary email upon successfully completing your order. You can also check back to your order(s) on your My Orders page, accessible from the project page.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Yes, you can change the delivery address on your My Orders page. You can access your page on the project page.

My package is being sent back to the sender because I've missed my delivery. What should I do?

Failure to fill in the shipping information correctly may result in issues regarding product delivery. There will be no compensation for resulting damages.

If you would like the product to be re-delivered in this case, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs incurred.  

The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, weight of the parcel, shipping address and additional options.

All claims for refund, damaged products, and etc should be filed within 7 days upon delivery.

My package is defective or damaged. What should I do?

MyMusicTaste is not liable for loss or damage resulting from any deliberate act or during the transporting and/or delivering of the goods. If, however, you received your product and believe it to be defective, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date of your order. Include your order number and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect. Once we receive the item you consider defective, we will fully examine it and issue a refund with its reshipment cost at the expense of MyMusicTaste.

What are the shipping options?

Where can I get my album shipped to?

You can place orders only in the countries listed on the shipping list.

Are customs duties included in the price?

Duties and taxes are not included in the price. Your package may incur fees upon delivery, and this charge is determined by your local customs authority.
