When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out approximately 7~10 business days after October 28, 2024 KST (Product Release Date).

**Business days = Weekdays excluding weekends and official holidays

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on September 20, 2024 at 11:59 PM KST.

Can I exchange my album for slight scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case?

No. Please note that the external packaging (album's outer box) is just for the protection of the goods inside the album; scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case cannot be the reason for an exchange or return.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 8 products per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction.
