Can I purchase more merchandise once inside the concert?

The only available and official merchandise for the 2023 ATEEZ WORLD TOUR [THE FELLOWSHIP : BREAK THE WALL] in Bogotá will be what you find in the VIP package.

When will I receive the VIP Package merchandise?

The merchandise will be delivered at the designated VIP package pickup locations at the venue entrance when you check in with the QR code you receive upon purchase. Please note that you won't be able to receive the merchandise if you're not physically present at the event. Additionally, only the buyer can collect the merchandise.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final, and refunds or order modifications are not allowed.

How long will the soundcheck last?

The soundcheck will last approximately 30 minutes. Please note that these times are subject to change on the day of the event.

How will the line be managed during the soundcheck?

Entry to the soundcheck will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can anyone attend this event?

All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult who has also purchased the VIP package. The minimum age for entry is 7 years. Failure to meet this requirement will result in denial of entry and no refund will be issued.

What type of identification is required?

*The name on the identification must match the "event attendee information" provided during the purchasing process.

*The QR code issued for this event must match the identification presented at the venue.

*The QR code cannot be scanned by friends, family, and/or relatives on behalf of the attendee.

*Invalid forms of identification (e.g., credit cards) or mismatched information will result in entry denial, and MyMusicTaste will not be responsible for any issues related to this matter.

Can I take photos or videos during the soundcheck?

Please note that attendees are not allowed to take videos or photos during the soundcheck.

What happens if I'm purchasing for someone else?

The legal full name of the event attendee must be listed exactly as it appears on the valid identification presented when entering the event. Please note that this purchase is non-transferable, and requests to transfer the purchase will not be accepted.
