When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out approximately 7 business days after November 16th, 2022 at 11:59 PM KST (sales closing date).

Why can’t I track my order?

As we reflect your purchase on the Hanteo Chart, it may take 2-7 business days to see updates to your tracking information.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on November 16th, 2022 at 11:59 PM KST.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction. Each album you purchase will count as one entry into the lucky draw.

Can I place a group order?

The minimum number of albums for a group order is 30 and group orders will not count as participation toward the fansign event.
Please refer to the related Help Center article and contact us here to place a group order.

The last day to place your final group order is by November 15th, 2022 at 5:00 PM KST.

• The winners will be announced on November 17th, 2022 at 3:00 PM KST via an individually sent email.

• The winner's ID card must match the information submitted via the 'Fansign Participant Information' section. Please ensure it is correct because you can only edit this section on our site before the sales end date.
