Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed. 

However, in the case that you accidentally purchase more than 1 ticket for the same member for the same city then we will refund you after sales end of the tour (November 24th, 2024 KST) for your duplicate purchase.

Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

It is restricted to 1 ticket per transaction.

What are your policies for disabled attendees?
Accessible entry policies may differ by venue, the same restrictions will apply per venue for both the event and the concert. Accessible tickets are reserved solely for fans with disabilities. In order to participate in the Dreamcatcher 2024 World Tour 【Luck Inside 7 Doors】 in USA 1:1 Snapshot Event you must be a ticket purchaser for the show.

When can we check-in?

The check-in time will be 15:00 to 17:00 local time. Late check-in will not be allowed. The location for the event will be emailed to all purchasers approximately 1-2 days before the event date. Pictures of the location will also be uploaded on our official Twitter and Instagram. Please note that check-in may take place earlier in order to prevent confusion with concert admission.

What are the procedures during the 1:1 Snapshot? 

For Dreamcatcher 2024 World Tour 【Luck Inside 7 Doors】 in USA 1:1 Snapshot Event purchasers, please stay after the show for the 1:1 Snapshot event. Please also note you have the option to pick 1 pose out of 4 to take. The four available poses will be shown on site. 

During the 1:1 Snapshot, an on-site staff member will be checking the photo for quality assurance. Our staff may restrict certain items or actions if they are deemed inappropriate to the artist or management. Any attendees that cause a disturbance to the venue and or artist will be asked to leave immediately. Gifts (e.g. letters, merchandise, food, flowers etc) will be prohibited as well.

What form of ID is required?

Attendees must bring a physical government-issued ID. Valid government-issued IDs should include the following: participant's full legal name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee). 

*Printed copies or photos of the ID will not count as a valid form of identification.

The name on the ID must match the ‘Event Attendee Information’ submitted during checkout. The QR code issued for this event should match the ID presented on site. The QR code cannot be scanned by any friends, family, and/or relatives on their behalf.

*Invalid forms of identification (i.e. credit cards) or mismatching information will result in denied entry, and MyMusicTaste will not be held liable for any issues caused in relation to this matter.

*For attendees who are minors: please note that multiple forms of government-issued ID will be accepted to verify all of the following information: legal name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee). 

What are the COVID-19 protocols to enter the event?

Detailed information concerning the protocol for entry into the event is provided on the 'COVID-19 PROTOCOL' section of the purchase webpage. 

All attendees are recommended to wear masks at all times during the event.
*Please note that additional protocols could be disclosed at a later date as we near the event.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

You are only allowed to use your phone for pictures during your turn for the 1:1 Snapshot with the artist. Otherwise, taking pictures and videos and using your cellphone during the rest of the event is strictly prohibited for all attendees.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

The event attendee’s full legal name should be listed as it is shown on the valid government-issued ID displayed upon entry to the event. Please note that this purchase is non-transferable and requests to transfer one’s purchase will not be accepted.

Why is the listed ticket price and the actual price that I paid for different?
