When will sales close?

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register to PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not have an account already.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

It is restricted to one package per transaction. If you wish to purchase more than one package, please make another transaction.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under “Buyer Information” section at the checkout. Make sure to enter the full name on the valid government issued ID, which will be checked upon entry.

Will I get a confirmation email from MyMusicTaste?

You will receive a payment receipt and a confirmation email from us within one day of your purchase.

Is there a minimum of participants to participate in the event?

5 participants is the minimum number of participants in the event

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds unless the event gets canceled.

Can I transfer my package to others?

Only the original purchaser can participate in the event. Package cannot be transferred to others. ID will be checked upon entry.

This exclusive package includes a special welcome by ATEEZ, a group photo with all 8 members of ATEEZ taken on your own cell phone or camera, one signed personal item, full ATEEZ - The Expedition Tour in USA official tour merchandise package, and a pre-show sound check (2 songs).

Is this an 1:1 event?

No, this event will be with ATEEZ and several other lucky fans.

Is a ticket to the concert included in the package?

The entry ticket to the concert is not included in the SAY MY NAME EVENT package. You will have to purchase a separate entry ticket to enjoy the concert!

Do you need to purchase a ticket to the concert to purchase the ATEEZ : SAY MY NAME EVENT package?

Yes, a ticket to ATEEZ - The Expedition Tour in USA is mandatory in order to participate in the SAY MY NAME event.

Where is this event happening?

It will be happening at the respective show venues.

How long will the event last?

The event will last about 1 hour. However, it is subject to change depending on the tour schedule.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

Unfortunately, recording will not be allowed except the photo-taking session. Let your phone rest and enjoy the time with ATEEZ!
