When do I receive my merchandise?
MD will be distributed at the respective venues upon QR check in. Please note that you will not be able to receive the MD if you are not physically present at the event. Additionally, please kindly note that the MD can only be picked up by the purchaser.
*Defects or missing items found in the package will be replaceable only on-site and will not be delivered separately.

How and when will I receive my Group Photo?
Please note that the Group Photo will be sent out to your MyMusicTaste registered email approximately 50 days after the event.

Can anyone attend this event?
Please note that age restriction policies may differ by venue; the same restrictions will apply per venue for both the 2023 ODD EYE CIRCLE <VOLUME UP> Meet and Greet Event and the concert.
When can we check-in for this event?
The check in time will be 15:00-16:30 Local time. The exact location of the event will be emailed to all purchasers approximately 1-2 days before the event date. Please note that check-in may take place earlier in order to prevent confusion with concert admission.
What form of ID is required?
Attendees must bring a physical government-issued ID. Valid government-issued IDs should include the following: participant's full legal name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee).
*Printed copies or photos of the ID will not count as a valid form of identification.
The name on the ID must match the ‘Event Attendee Information’ submitted during checkout. The QR code issued for this event should match the ID presented on site. The QR code cannot be scanned by any friends, family, and/or relatives on their behalf.
*Invalid forms of identification (i.e. credit cards) or mismatching information will result in denied entry, and MyMusicTaste will not be held liable for any issues caused in relation to this matter.
*For attendees who are minors: please note that multiple forms of government-issued ID will be accepted to verify all of the following information: legal name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee).
What are the COVID-19 protocols to enter the event?
Detailed information concerning the protocol for entry into the event is provided on the 'COVID-19 PROTOCOL' section of the purchase webpage.
All attendees are recommended to wear masks at all times during the event.
*Please note that
additional protocols could be disclosed at a later date as we near the
event.
Can I take pictures or videos during the event?
Please note that attendees will not be allowed to take videos or photos at this event.
What if I am purchasing for somebody else?
The event attendee’s full legal name should be listed as it is shown on the valid government-issued ID displayed upon entry to the event. Please note that this purchase is non-transferable and requests to transfer one’s purchase will not be accepted.
*You can only edit the 'Event Attendee Information' on our site until August 4th, 2023 at 7:00 PM KST.

Your QR code is available to view on the 'Order Summary' page of your MyMusicTaste account’s ‘My Activity' section! Before showing your QR code to the MyMusicTaste staff, please check that your legal name, birth date, and city are correctly listed.
*In the case that multiple tickets are purchased, each QR code is available on the ‘Order Summary’ page of the ‘My Activity’ section.
*Please show us your digital or printed QR code for verification during check-in. Please make sure that your QR code is scannable as it is mandatory for entry.
